11.Is it really necessary to ask question 10?
This could be flowcharted to great effect. Some good questions here. I think there's 12, though, as the title is a good zeroeth question.

Great post, Brian! Most people can accept most decisions if we have kept them involved in the process of developing that decision. This post underscores the importance of involving stakeholders!
